Recommended Dosage: To support cognitive function and diminish the buildup of cellular & skin aging pigments, start with 3-6 capsules daily in divided doses & gradually increase to 6-12 capsules daily. With higher doses a well-balanced multivitamin such as AOR Ortho-Core is recommended.

Cautions:
DMAE may cause headache and/or muscle tightness in some people, which usually resolves with reduced dosage. DMAE is not recommended for use by pregnant or lactating women
