Recommended Dosage: After testing deficient in Iodine the suggested dosage to gain whole body sufficiency is 2 iodine supplement tablets in the morning and 2 in the evening. A retest is suggested after 3 months.

Once whole body sufficiency is gained the maintenance dosage is 1 tablet daily. Persons with Thyroid disorders should work closely with their health care professional.
