We ship all domestic orders via US Postal Service First-Class Mail which offers fast, trackable service across the USA.
Orders received by 2 PM Pacific time, Monday through Friday will ship the same business day.
When you successfully complete your online order, our system automatically emails you an order confirmation. Upon shipment you will be emailed another notification. If you do not receive these emails please check your “spam” folder, or log into your Relentless Improvement account and check the accuracy of the email address that you provided.

We ship worldwide, if our system lets you order, we ship to your country! We definitely do NOT ship to Germany, Norway, Iceland and Brazil.

Understanding and paying for any local taxes, duties, etc is your responsibility. We never assess any VAT taxes.
It is your responsibility to know what products are allowed to be shipped to your country. If your order is confiscated by customs, or delivery is refused, we are not responsible and do not provide refunds.
Customs clearance on average takes from 1 day to 5 weeks. There is nothing either of us can do to affect this. Some countries are slower than others.
Our customs declaration documents indicate our shipments as “Nutritional Supplements”, and match the invoiced dollar total. We will not falsify customs forms or invoices, please do not ask.
